Doug Kook, CPA, CVA, CEPA
Managing Partner
Doug is a tax, business valuation and exit planning expert, and has extensive experience in small to medium size closely held businesses. Doug’s focus on quality, accuracy, compliance, and client service, paired with his honesty, integrity, and drive to find solutions to even the most challenging problems, make him an ideal leader for the firm and a trusted advisor for our clients.
Chad J. Milton, CPA, CVA, MBA
Director
Chad joined Bumpers & Company in January 2007. Chad graduated with highest honors from Goldey-Beacom College with Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. He obtained his CPA in November 2009 and his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification in January 2012. Due to his incredible hard work and dedication, Chad became a Partner of the firm in 2014.

Senior Accountant, Manager
David is our Automobile Dealership Accounting expert. He also excels at Non-profit Audits and has a great deal of knowledge in Trust & Estate Accounting and Tax Issues.
Matthew Galloway, CPA
Associate Manager
Matt Galloway, Associate Manager, joined Bumpers & Co. full time in the summer of 2016 after impressing the partners during his tax season internship. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Matt chose a career in accounting after some real-world experience ignited a passion for the field.
Deena L. Kreston, CPA
Senior Tax Specialist
A graduate of University of Delaware, with a BS in Accounting, Deena Kreston, CPA, joined the firm in 1991. She is a Senior Tax Specialist at Bumpers & Company and provides our clients with guidance and support in all areas of tax.
Huang Liu
International Tax Specialist
A graduate of Penn State University, Huang joined the firm in 2017 as a Senior Accountant. Having grown up in the restaurant business, Huang has intense experience on how small businesses operate.
Rob Cavaliere, CPA
Senior Accountant
Rob Cavaliere joined the firm in January 2020. He is an Alumnus of Widener University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting He attained his CPA license after graduating college.
Akil Patel, CPA
Senior Accountant
Akil joined Bumpers & Company after passing his CPA exams in 2020. He graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.
Marie Petrik, CPA
Senior Accountant
Marie joined Bumpers & Company as an intern in January of 2021 and started as a full-time Staff Accountant that summer. She is a graduate of Widener University. Now that she has passed the exam she is looking forward to travelling.

Dalia Gonzalez, MBA
Staff Accountant
Dalia joined Bumpers & Company in the fall of 2021. She is fluent in Spanish and English. She recently completed her MBA in Finance at Goldey Beacom College, where she previously received her BS in Accounting. Dalia plans on tackling the CPA exam.
Trinity Implazo
Staff Accountant
Trinity joined Bumpers & Company as an intern in January 2023. After graduating with a BS in Accounting from Widener University in May 2023, Trinity joined Bumpers & Company full-time. She is currently studying for her CPA exam.
Ashish Gujar

Ashish joined Bumpers & Company after graduating with a Master of Accountancy degree from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. He also has a second master’s degree in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School, UK.
Tahnia Ashrafi
Staff Accountant
Tahnia joined Bumpers and Company in the Summer of 2024. Tahnia graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and she obtained her MBA from Delaware State University.

Amy attended SUNY Broome College for accounting. She has over 25 years of accounting experience, specializing in the hospitality industry.

Cathy joined Bumpers and Company in July 2018 as a part time Bookkeeper. Cathy has over 40 years of experience and utilizes QuickBooks to provide high quality bookkeeping services to our clients. Cathy specializes many services.
Danielle Furness
Bookkeeper & QuickBooks Pro Advisor
Danielle joined the Bumpers team in June of 2020. After spending 15 years in the education field, she decided she enjoyed the bookkeeping work she had been doing on the side and changed paths.
Hunter Christina, MBA
Bookkeeper
Hunter joined Bumpers and Company in December of 2022. She attended Goldey Beacom College where she obtained her MBA in Financial Management and her BS in Accounting. She was born and raised in Wilmington, DE.
Angelina Anemone
Bookkeeper
Angelina joined the Bumpers & Company team in July 2024. After working for several years as a bookkeeper for a hospitality group Angelina decided she was ready to move into something a little more challenging where she could learn valuable skills as a bookkeeper.
Ann Dean
Bookkeeper
Ann Dean, originally from Omaha, Nebraska, joined Bumpers & Company in December 2015 after earning her bookkeeper’s certification at Delaware Technical Community College. Ann brought with her over 15 years of bookkeeping experience.

As a lifetime Wilmington native and graduate of West Chester University, Sheri Hart brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. She has an extensive background in small business management with a BS in Business Administration, and prior experience across various industries.
Rob Diton
Project Manager/Executive Admin.
Rob is new to Bumpers and Company, having joined the firm in January 2023. He has over a decade of experiences with several back-office functions including AP/AR, billing, assembly, entity creation, and various other administrative responsibilities. He is a Certified Associate in Project Management and is looking forward to continuing his PM studies.
Joanne Anderson
Administrator
Joanne joined the Bumpers and Company team just before tax season in January of 2024. Joanne comes to Bumpers and Company with office experience in Marketing, event planning and client services.
